  • PLD Space's inclusion in this community is the result of the company's ambition and innovation.

Elche (Spain), September 26th, 2024. The creators of PLD Space, the Spanish space launcher company, have been part of the 100th international selection of entrepreneurs of Endeavor, the leading community of high-impact entrepreneurs. Thus, Raúl Torres, Raúl Verdú and Ezequiel Sánchez are now part of the 95 high impact entrepreneurs that make up this network.

PLD Space is a leading company in Europe in the development of reusable rockets and provides commercial orbital access to small satellites. The company is currently working on MIURA 5, the orbital rocket that is scheduled to fly by the end of 2025. For its part, Endeavor leads a community of ambitious entrepreneurs with the intention of continuing to foster ecosystems in emerging markets.

The inclusion of these entrepreneurs in the Endeavor network represents an opportunity to boost a low-served market and encourage further investment in innovations with high social impact. Endeavor is looking for entrepreneurs who are not only building the next unicorn, but also transforming entire ecosystems therefore the selection of PLD Space has gone through an arduous selection process in which a high quality of candidates was involved.

Ezequiel Sánchez, PLD Space Executive President, commented that “at PLD Space innovation is part of our DNA and being part of the Endeavor network is just one more step in our mission to continue innovating.” On their side, Raúl Verdú and Raúl Torres agreed that the creation of PLD Space was born out of a dream and an ambition, and that the company's growth is the result of years of effort and dedication in an emerging market.
