Mission
We are looking for a Systems Technician to join the IT infrastructure team and take part in the operation, evolution, and continuous improvement of corporate systems.
This role is aimed at professionals with a solid background in systems administration, used to working in complex, scalable, and mission-critical environments, where reliability, automation, and security are key aspects of daily operations.
You will work in environments with constant growth, infrastructures designed to scale, and a rigorous technical approach.
Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of system infrastructure in corporate environments.
- Management of Windows and Linux servers in production.
- Operation of virtualization platforms and support for critical workloads.
- Administration of storage platforms, including scalable (scale-out) storage environments and continuous capacity growth.
- Monitoring and operation of backup and recovery systems, ensuring data protection and availability.
- Automation of tasks and deployments using orchestration and configuration tools (e.g. Ansible).
- Application of system security best practices, integrating cybersecurity as a natural part of infrastructure design, operation, and automation.
- Participation in projects related to platform expansion, standardization, and technological improvement.
- Basic systems documentation and collaboration with other technical teams.

Necessary Requirements
- Previous experience as a Systems Technician or in a similar role.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
- Experience working with virtualized infrastructure.
- Knowledge of storage, backup, and recovery systems.
- Interest in and awareness of system security, applying hardening criteria, access control, and risk minimization.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and structured working approach.
