Mission  

As a propulsion integration technician on the integration Team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the second and first stages engines, turbomachinery and propulsion components integration, from high-level requirements collection to detail, providing also support on the manufacturing, assembly and its integration in launch vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly engines subsystems, test and install flight hardware.
  • Hands on operations with large and small fragile components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Perform any work according to procedures, instructions and specifications.
  • Use of precision calibrated tools, such as micrometers, calipers and torque wrenches.
  • Perform hyrdo and pneumatic testing.
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team (propulsion, testing, avionic) to fulfill the quality, cost and programmatic objectives.
  • Document and communicate the analysis results thoroughly and clearly via design reviews,

Necessary Requirements

  • Knowledge of pressure, temperature and flow measurement devices, mechanical and electrical systems, and propulsion engines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with other disciplines.
  • Proven ability to work in a transversal and multitasking environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail. 

Desired Requirements

  • Experience with aerospace industry normative (ECSS, NASA, RCC, MIL…).
  • Fast adaptability to rapid changes environments.
  • Team player able to work different tasks in parallel.
  • Ability to work in an autonomously driven and demanding start-up atmosphere.
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication, both Spanish and English.
