Mission 

Responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and verification of all structures integration activities associated with the MIURA 5 launch vehicle. 

Manage propellant tanks, interstage, fairing integration and secondary composite structural elements

Acts as the interface between propulsion engineering, manufacturing, vehicle integration, avionics integration, propulsion integration, test operations, and launch operations.


Structures Integration Leadership

  • Lead all structures integration activities for MIURA 5 launch vehicles and future developments.
  • Coordinate installation, routing, integration, checkout, and validation of structures, propellant tanks, interstage, fairing integration and secondary composite structure.
  • Ensure structure integration activities comply with approved configurations, procedures, schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain operational readiness of structures integration teams, tooling, and facilities.


Integrated Vehicle Checkout & Testing

  • Lead structures support activities during integrated vehicle testing campaigns.
  • Coordinate structures functional testing during vehicle integration and launch preparation.
  • Ensure structures readiness for qualification and acceptance testing.
  • Support troubleshooting during integrated vehicle test campaigns.


Launch Campaign Support

  • Support launch site structures integration and checkout activities.
  • Coordinate avionics closeouts before launch operations.
  • Support launch countdown and operations.
  • Coordinate rapid troubleshooting and anomaly resolution during launch campaigns.


Configuration & Quality Control

  • Ensure structures integration activities comply with approved configurations and engineering documentation.
  • Maintain traceability of structures configurations.
  • Support nonconformance resolution and corrective action implementation.


Team Leadership & Organization

  • Lead structures integration technicians, engineers, and operational support personnel.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the structures integration organization.
  • Support staffing, training, qualification, and development of structures integration personnel.
  • Promote operational discipline and safety culture.
  • Launch campaign structures status reports


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of aerospace structure's integration, electrical integration, or launch vehicle/ Aircraft or Satellite integration experience.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace structures 
  • Experience supporting integrated testing and launch campaigns.
  • Experience leading technical integration teams in operational environments.
